How to submit a hubNashville Request

When it comes to creating property service requests, asking questions, and sharing feedback with the metro council, submitting a hubNashville request can be a game changer. Whether you're dealing with damaged street signs, potholes, or deceased animals in the road, submitting a ticket is often the most efficient way to get the help you need.

Other things hubNashville responds to: Abandoned Vehicles | Blocking the Right-of-Way | Brush Collection | Cars Parked on Lawn | Voter Registration Card Replacement | Illegal Dumping  | Improperly Parked Vehicles | Junk and Debris | Noise Violations Non-construction Related | Noise Violations Construction Noise | Overgrowth on right of way | Request Non-Emergency Police Assistance | Residential Complaints | Street Lighting

  • First and foremost, you can download hubNashville app for Android or Apple. You can also simply visit the hubNashville website. We recommend creating an account.

  • Once downloaded or on the site, you should find clear categories to locate the issue you're experiencing.

  • After finding the issue, you can now fill out the ticket with your name or anonymously.

    • Please note that when you submit anonymously, you will not receive any updates on the ticket.

    • Also note that if you are submitting a ticket on illicit activity in your name, that information can be obtained through a FOIA request.

  • When you draft your request you have the opportunity to submit a photo and draft a detailed message stating the issue.

  • Once you’ve finished and submitted the ticket, you can now check in on the request through your account. There you will find any updates and/or progress on your ticket submission.
