Hoodie & Non-Perishable Food Drive

Winter weather is slowly but surely arriving! We are teaming up with our friends at DuPont Elementary, DuPont-Hadley Middle, and McGavock High to make sure students in need are ready for the cold weather.

Our younger neighbors are much more inclined to wear hoodies instead of jackets, so we’re asking for your help with donating hoodies — all sizes welcome. We just ask that these hoodies are either new or freshly washed and gently-used.

Additionally, these students are in need of easily microwavable, non-perishable meals and snacks like:

  • Cup of Noodles

  • Mac ‘N cheese

  • Rice Packets

  • Popcorn

Please drop off your donations at the Old Hickory Library, or at the Christmas Tree Lighting on December 7th.
