Nominate a neighbor for our gift card giveaway!

Last week’s storms brought their share of challenges to Old Hickory. Between unexpected repair costs and spoiled groceries from the extended power outage, many neighbors are experiencing financial strain.

We’re asking you to nominate a neighbor in need! The Neighborhood Association will be purchasing grocery gift cards to help replenish groceries of someone in need.

Please note the following:

• Limited number of gift cards

• Based on first come, first serve

• Gift card amount subject to change based on availability

• This is a PRIVATE form - information will not be shared with the public

• Submissions must be made by Friday, April 18th
