There are no shortage of changes in 37138 this summer. Find the latest small business updates below.

We have all been watching since the sign went in place, and the day has finally come. Tavern @ The Village is finally open for service! Follow along on Facebook and Instagram, and be sure to welcome them to the neighborhood.

Our Rayon City neighbors received notice of a Zoning Appeals public hearing on Thursday, August 1st at 1pm. We have confirmed that it is in regards to Riverside Golf Links. The owners are hoping to add a family friendly golf course to the property as well as a restaurant and driving range. All would be open to the public. Please consider attending the public hearing where the full plan will be presented. If you are unable to attend in person, feel free to send questions or concerns to BZA@nashville.gov by Thursday, July 25 for consideration.

Many have noticed that the home of Village Barber Shop and Rhythm in the Village at 1053 Donelson Avenue is now empty. We confirmed that the property has been sold. We are awaiting details on new ownership and the intended use for the space. Thank you to both business owners for their years of service to the Old Hickory community.
