Election Day and Early Voting information

As we approach the end of an election cycle, we encourage all neighbors who are eligible to exercise their right to vote. Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th, but we have an additional two week Early Voting period to make our voices heard.

Early Voting begins Wednesday, October 16th and ends Thursday, October 31st. Depending on your location in Old Hickory, your nearest Early Voting location will be the Hermitage Library or Madison Library. You can find the full list of times and locations here.

If you choose to vote on Election Day, you must vote at your assigned location. This will be either the Old Hickory Church of the Nazarene or DuPont Hadley Middle School. If you are unsure, you can confirm your polling location here.

Here is the sample ballot if you would like to research candidates in advance. Additionally, we have compiled information on how the proposed “Choose How You Move” legislation specifically affects Old Hickory.
